IVF follow up post early miscarriage

Just wanted some advice...

I have my review with my clinic tomorrow after our FET which ended in early miscarriage. Sadly this our 3rd early miscarriage (1 from a natural pregnancy, 1 when I was in my early 20s & 1 from FET) and my GP has referred me to the recurrent miscarriage unit.

Our 1st cycle, which was fresh, I didn't make it to OTD and with my FET transfer I started bleeding 2 days after transfer (when I would have normally started my period). The clinic upped my pessaries and the bleeding slowed but I was continually spotting. I got to OTD and tested positive but a couple of days later started bleeding & cramping. A nurse at the Early Pregnancy Unit said my progesterone was low and she suggested I might need more support to maintain the pregnancy. I think it might be a progesterone issue and always spot before my period and hoping its not an embryo issue as 34 with a low AMH.

Just wondered if anyone has any advice or if their clinics offered them additional progesterone or tests?

Hi. Can’t offer any advice I’m afraid but just wanted to let you know I’m going through the exact same thing so I know how hard it sucks. Have my follow up consultation on Thursday - think we might need to throw everything at our next round as I’m 40 in April. Hope everything goes well for you.xx
