IVF 11DPO Cyclogest Feel Af coming

Hi I am new to IVF but not to TTC... I had a 2 day transfer so now i should be 11dpo i have been taking progesterone pessaries since the transfer but feel like they have worn off. Yesterday I started spotting and getting cramps but my boobs STOPPED being sore.... feels like AF is coming but still too early to test. I thought I just had to stop taking the pessaries when it was nagative then I would start Af... reallllly scared i cant even get to official test day without coming on. Worried!!!

I have seen some people start bleeding even on progesterone, but some also only having mild spotting and clinic in some cases seems to have upped dose of progesterone, but not sure if this will be ok for everyone. I have no experience with this myself, so all I would say if you are in doubt, maybe call your clinic and ask? I am sorry this reply is a bit late. I really do hope you are ok with a positive outcome!! 🤞

Aww bless you thanks so much for dropping a line, sadly I was right and Af started my test date for clinic isnt even for another 3 days so Af will probably be over by then which is honestly the last thing I would have imagined for that date.

I called them yesterday and she said yeahh chances are it is your period and it will be a negative... but keep taking pessaries gutted, im just really hoping the clinic can provide different methods next time .xxxx
