Can i drink dandelion tea while on oestrogen for fet

I am on a very high dose of oestrogen and i have lots of water retention. I was wondering if dandelion is ok to drink as its diuretic and might aid get rid of excess water. However i read that it helps detoxify the liver and get rid of excess oestrogen. Also that it contains oestrogen like chemicals. So i am not sure if it would help me or decrease oestrogen levels? Any input on this?

I have no idea about dandelion tea, but to metabolise the oestrogen it helps to eat a load of lightly steamed or stir-fried broccoli or cauliflower, with some olive oil and lemon juice xx
