Does anyone else just feel like they are coping and then suddenly like bursting into tears when something goes wrong? Was taking drugs for FET but they found a big non functional cyst - rushed in for a blood test for ca125, got the results that were normal the following day. Trying to be positive had it all planned in my head for a BFP - maybe I had got too ahead of myself. Such a balancing act trying to be positive and realistic

Hi feeling down - so sorry you’re having a tough down. So many ups and downs with the whole IVF journey. Do you have anyone you can talk to? Most clinics offer a free counseling service! I know jog for everyone, but it’s worth considering.
I think when your down allow yourself to feel down for a little while, and don’t be hard on yourself when you’re having a bad day, but make sure you also have a plan , don’t let yourself stay down for too long , chat to someone on here or a family member if you can. If you don’t want to see a councilor. I usually find that at some point the determination to success raises its head again and I’ll give myself a stern talking to and say come on you can do this. But I do know how hard and hopeless is can feel.
We are all in the same boat and know what you are going through - Hang in there , sending you a huge hug 💕💕💕💕💕 xx
