Hi, I am only taking 200mg daily. I feel it’s enough and that is dosage recommended by manufacturers.

My research - it’s only necessary to take 600mg of coq10. As ubiquinol is stronger (has faster absorption rate) you don’t need as much. This is what my take on it is.

I hear you and some days I can not remember if taken one or not so take another for luck... which would be 400mg. We hope & pray ubiquinol works it’s magic as much as all the other stuff we take 🙈

I was told to only take 200mg x

Hi,

If you look down thw thread you can see what I wrote before.

I would like to share my story with you.

First can you give more information? What is your FSH and AMH and age?

I am now 12wks pregnant and naturally conceived!! The shock!! I am so worried something will happen but I hope for the best.

So I am 39, 40 in Sept 2020. I was first tested last Oct 2019 and my FSH was 21.5 and AMH 2.97. Doctor told me doner egg will most likely be the only option. It was vey hard news to take.

My partner had to get tested and retested but his results came back good.

I was not willing to accept what he said to me, so I started my own research and from advice from a friend I went to NEO fertility March this year.

They put me on strong fish oil, 4000iui of vitamin D daily, myo inositol, methylfolate as it is easier to absorb and I ordered DHEA 50mg from america. Changed my diet work througb stuff with my partner, exercised and was happy.

Got tested again for FSH it came down to 17 the months later down to 12.

Went to see another Doc paid private and he told me I would need a miracle to get pregnant ams only a 1% chance of IVF working with my own egss and 50% of doner egg working.

I fell to pieces.

However I was pregnant a week when he was saying this to me!

Don't lose hope! Make changes! Take medication and keep trying! You just never know xx

Oh best of luck xxx your fsh and amh are good, I was able to lower my fsh with the medication.

My left side is gone due to ectopic, thankfully my right was good. I really hope you are pregnant soon with a sibling 🤗

in reply toYoc123

How did you lower it with medication? I’m constantly told my fsh and amh are sh*t and I’m running out of time it puts a lot of pressure on things 😟x

Your FSH and AMH are much better than mine!

I started with 21.5 FSH and the last test I was at 12, then pregnant.

AMH will more or less stay the same, mine was 2.97.

I was so stressed but then had started the process of appointments for IVF. I had relaxed and said to myself, I will get pregnant through IVF. A very good Doctor told me stress is toxic to your reproduce system, so don't be stressed! Easier said than done 😏 but I managed to de stress.

The Doctor told me to keep doing my medication and keep calm and get my FSH tested regularly and when it was as close to 10 or below for a number of cycles they will try IVF with my own eggs.

I hope to have a healthy baby and will more than likely be doing IVF next tims as I will be 40+

I ordered DHEA 50MG from America took one a day, 4000uiu vitamin D daily, 2000mg of Myo Inositol in water twice a day, strong fish oil twice daily and methylfolate once a day, it absorbs better, I was told to cut out dairy, caffeine and sugars as much as possible.

It takes months for this to have an effect on your body but no stress, partner support, positive thinking and being in a stable relationship and feeling safe is so important.

Your FSH and AMH are better than mine and I got pregnant! If I can lower it you can and they are wrong to say it's shit!

Doctors always have to give you the worst case scenario when it come to IVF and it stresses you more.

You say you are running out of time? Is that due to money or age? I took a break from the whole thing for 4 months to calm down and get by body right and it worked!

Ivf doesn’t scare me in the slightest Iv done it 7 time 😂 I think it was the tone of my last consultant basically told me due to my fsh and amh I was running out of time to have a baby but I went back to my old consultant the one who did my cycle with my son and he was completely different he says the fact I have a son is a bloody good start! So I guess I will just have to see what cycle number 8 brings me 🤞enjoy your pregnancy it goes so fast xxx
