I'm 35 and have low AMH, want to get Ubiquinol but I've seen options from 30mg to 600mg. Which ones and where should I get it from?

Ubiquinol, which one to take?
hey there, I bought mine from Amazon. 300mg Ubiquinol 1 a day, not sure of the limits, but make sure to get ones that are in "gel form" as they are easily absorbed. I annoyingly bought the wrong kind but taking them anyway!

I did exactly the same
Hey littleblue34 I'm also looking into this, what was the brand name hun? Xx

Thanks hun but they don't ship to new zealand 😟 the highest dose I could find that I can get sent to me is 200mg and it's coq10. Is there a difference? It's all so confusing!
We are the same age and I have low AMH as well....I am taking two tablets per day & each is 100mg
If you have low AMH, they recommend 300mg of Ubiquinol for egg quality, which is equivalent to 600mg of standard CoQ10 (ubiquinone). If your AMH is normal then 100mg is ok (200mg CoQ10) x
Hi there, I am 39 and amh was good at 15.1 but still poor egg quality. My consultant recommended I take 300mg daily. I used nature’s best. You need to ensure they are in a dark capsule otherwise I was told quality can suffer. I used Nature’s Best xxx
I use Solgar or Jarrow, 100mg 3x day. I took 200mg 3 months before my IVF and I don’t think it made any difference so I have increased to 300mg and been on it since December even though my AMH is high for my age.
