Ubiquinol - UK brand recommendations

Hello,

I’ve been taking Coq10 in Ubinquinol form for almost a year now. Recently, the brand I usually buy from Amazon (Health Through Nutrition) arrived damaged - all the capsules were solid and stuck together!

I’m looking for a new brand so wondered what others recommended?

I’ve seen the Solgar brand but it’s expensive compared to alternatives, but many of the alternative are unknown brands online so feel a bit risky!

I took igennus vesisorb - got that on amazon - no idea if it's any better than any other brands but I've had two pregnancies after taking that so it can't have done any harm at least x

I used the one too! I read that the vesisorb part of it makes it much better for the body to absorb. ☺️

I know it’s expensive but I used solgar and tend to choose it for most of my pregnancy supplements. X

I have a friend who was TTC and so took a specifically recommended brand and fell pregnant. Now trying for siblings she took the same and is pregnant with twins! She took these - I have them and am about to start them ahead of my next transfer.
