Thicken lining for FET

I've just had the clinic call to say that basically tomorrow if my lining isn't 7+ then they will be cancelling my cycle as they're not willing to do another week of meds to pump it up like they usually would before transfer. So please any recommendations for thickening, old wives tales...I don't mind! Just any ideas!!

The same happened to me and unfortunately it was cancelled it was 6.6mm so nearly there I have heard pomegranate juice, hot water bottle every night hot baths and nuts helps my lining did go from 6.3 to 6.6 after another week on meds and trying all these so don’t know if it was this that helped good luck what’s ur lining at just now ? X

You could go on u tube maybe and there maybe a yoga type of exercise to increase blood flow xx

Hi Hardingbaby. Try taking Vitamin E, L.arginine supplement, and also a diet rich in grains and oily fish. Bit of extra exercise if you can. Good luck. Diane

Literally the day before hot water bottle 🙊. I realised without realising I had been doing 30mins walk a day and I always have berries amd yoghurt for breakfast! X
