How to thicken lining?

I'm currently on my first ivf cycle a short protocol cycle. My 1st scan went well, 9 folicles at a good size and lining 6.5. At my 2nd scan today folicles are still good but my lining has dropped to 5.6. They might suggest a frozen transfer now. But is there anything I can do to try and thicken my lining up? Any advice would be great. Thanks.

My lining wasn’t thick on my fresh transfer but still went ahead ended in cp but just had a frozen transfer and a change of drugs and lining was very thick and I got a bfp yest so fingers crossed 😬 also fet is so much easier I didn’t have any injections just 3 tablets a day and 4 pessaries a day xx

Thank you, good luck on your journey xx

I drank 3 litres of full fat milk a day and my lining went to 10.5, sadly my treatment was cancelled but that was a sperm issue I’m convinced the milk helped, good luck xxx

Wow! 3 litres! I'll need to bear this in mind for my next cycle which we start as soon as AF arrives. there was me thinking a glass a day of milk and pomegranate would do the trick. No wonder I've never got past 7.1 and that was with vagifem!

I’ve never been able to go ahead with a fresh transfer as lining affected by egg collection and ovaries needed to heal. Frozen is just as good and I’ve had higher than 50% success rate. Much nicer to feel great going into transfer without pain of EC and you’re lining will be much stronger. Good luck!! Xxx

Dear first of all, I would like to wish you best of luck for your journey. Hope to see the good news of baby soon. Secondly, dear I think you should ask the doctor. Doctor will tell you the exact reason. By which you can improve further. Apart from this, you must take care of your health. Thanks.

Thank you, that's very kind. I asked the nurse this morning and she said just wait, but everyone here is always so full of wonderful advice.

I will be sure to look after myself. You too.

Thank you.
