How to thicken lining.. fast?!

Had my scan today my lining is 6.8mm they want it to be 7. I go back for another scan Thursday. what can I do to thicken it fast? Or shall I cancel..?xx

I don’t know what can help I’m afraid but wanted to reassure you that same happened to me, and just hold onto hope that by Thursday it will have thickened naturally xx

Mine thickened loads between scans. Mine was 6.8 as well but was 11.2 at my next scan and then 12 at my actual collection!

I used a hot water bottle on my tummy in the evenings and rubbed castor oil in my lower tummy. Dont have any proof that it made the difference but mylining was 8.2.

Hot water bottle, warm baths, walking, keep your feet warm, raspberry leaf tea. You could try fertility yoga, lying with your legs up against the wall for 20mins. Did the clinic put your meds up? Try not to panic, it may well thicken in a couple of days! Good luck.xx

Hi I’m on frozen cycle too. I had injections for 7 days which I finished on Saturday gone so I’m only on progonova 2mg 3x a day . My scan is this Wednesday to check my lining.

I don’t think hun u should “do “ or is anything u can do to thicken your lining.

I know they want to be 7 or above which your is not far from 6.8 ...so by Thursday may increase. Xx
