Ive started spotting today and have period cramps. I know its too late for implantation and ive tested and its negative. Could it be a sign that my progesterone is low? I know its a big topic of conversation at the moment. I have unexplained infertility and have never been pregnant. Progesterone blood tests ive had before have always been high enough to confirm ovulation but have never been very high. Any ideas?

Hi Sunshine. Could be down to low progesterone. Al;so, the pessaries could be irritating your cervix or vaginal lining. You could try using them in your back passage and see whether that helps at all. If you've passed your official day for testing, then check with your clinic if you can stop medication. Good luck! Hi Sunshine 92
My wife is currently experiencing similar symptoms to you and her OTD is 8/11!
However she's had 2 positive HPT results this week so we're thinking it's low progesterone also causing spotting. Her pessaries have been increased but no change.
Fingers crossed for you on Friday 🤞🤞 x
