Dizzy spells on progesterone

Hi all

I’ve just switched over to all my progesterone in preparation for a FET next week - apart from progesterone gel (crinone) and progesterone oil injections im also taking 200mg of utrogestan 3 times a day (oral tablets). Each time i’ve taken them I get a serious dizzy spell after about 20 mins which lasts for around 40mins. It’s like that tipsy feeling after a couple of glasses of wine, not totally unpleasant or room spinning or anything but just sends me a bit of balance 🙈 anyone else experienced this? Am really hoping it’s just a couple of days whilst my body gets used to the dose because i’m not sure I can deal with this for much longer! It’s making commuting or staring at a computer screen pretty impossible !!

Sounds rough. Can you ask to be taken off the oral progesterone? It's not as effective anyhow. Maybe they can give you extra Pessaries or Lubion?

Yeh definitely going to check what the alternatives are with my clinic. I’m also using a pessery gel thing and having PIO injections so does seem quite a lot to be taking!

Are they testing your levels? You might not need to be on such high doses? I need lots.
