I had my egg collection 10 days ago but I didn’t have an embryo transfer due to high progesterone. Has anyone been in a similar situation for whatever reason and if so how long did you wait for your frozen transfer?
I am wondering whether I should give my body a little break as I have been through quite a lot in the last two months ...

My clinic advised me to have two periods before going back on meds to start the frozen transfer which is what we did and I’m glad cause I felt much better, generally the process for frozen transfer is quite straight foreward and a lot less meds etc. Good luck! Xx
Thank you for your reply, I have done a few frozen transfers before but I am wondering what other people do, I always tend to go first period after egg collection, maybe I will wait this time ... thank you again x
I waited 2 periods too, but my first came very quickly after EC, only 5 days, so it was just over a month until started taking FET medication. EC was something like 20 Sept and transfer was 9 Nov. I felt lousy after EC and was soooooo bloated but after around 2 weeks I was just about back to normal and by the time we started the FET I was feeling very well again. Your frosties aren't going anywhere, so you might as well wait until you're feeling 100% again before transfer and hopefully pregnancy xxx
Thank you for your response, maybe I will wait too ... get my body a chance to recover post egg collection, it wasn’t bad I felt normal two days after but it might be wise to have a break from all the meds x
