I have 5 embryos in the freezer and I'm currently waiting for my period to start so I can request to start the transfer process. 6 weeks today since my embryo transfer withdrawal bleed so far I'm finding the waiting very hard. I have the patches and pessaries ready. How long is the process from day 1 of your period to the frozen embryo transfer? Just anxious to know how long this bit will take

It moves quite quickly! On day 1 you ring in to book a scan for round day 9/10. When you attend your scan they check your lining and if it’s thick enough they book you in I think it’s 5 or 6 days afterwards so the whole thing takes around two / three weeks x
Hello, Iv just had a fet with st Mary’s in Manchester. I requested treatment on day 1, started the patches on day 2, had a baseline scan on day 3, lining scan on day 14, started cyclogest on day 17, transfer on day 22 ☺️ hope this helps! Good luck to you ✨
Hi. Yes, it can be a long wait for some of us, but if you can, I would wait it out if you can, as having another withdrawal bleed will make the wait even longer. Good luck. Diane
