Finally feeling positive

We had a down regulation scan this morning...and finally I can say we feel more positive. Last week I had a cyst drain out which now looks all clean , ovary r “quiet “ , roughly she count the follicles .. 7 on one side and 8/10 on another side ...but my lining is finally 6.0 ... She took some blood test to double check for oestrogen level and 2morrow doctor gonna call me hopefully when to start the injections.
