So Monday had a light bleed managed to get an early scan to find our bean with a heartbeat. Then last night just before bed started heavy bleeding with clots also with pain. After a few hours the bleeding has more or less stopped. I went to a and e last night and they told me the cervix was closed and to go home and rest and they will get me in for a scan today. I've been told to do a pregnancy test this morning which is positive and the line is as strong as the control line. I have an appointment today for a scan I Still wanna hold on to hope but I think I'm praying for a miracle to happen as I had a double fet so I'm hoping that if they other one didn't take it's just kicking that one out. I'm just so confused and don't know what to think.

Oh what a scary experience for you! Im glad to hear that they are getting you in for a scan today. Praying all is ok and it was just a little blood from elsewhere, hugs.xx
Oh hun how scary for you. Good sign your cervix is closed and your still getting a strong line on hpt. And your right it could be the other embryo didnt implant so has to come out. Fingers crossed everything will be fine at your scan I'm sure it will be. Please keep us posted xxxx

Oh Kelly, please try and stay positive, easier said than done i know, but lots of ladies on here have bled and all has been ok. I know of two ladies who transferred 2, bled, bled.heavily and had 1 baby, both think the bleed was losing the otherone. The good thing is you've seen a heartbeat and thats amazing!! Hoping your scan today gives only good news xx

Oh so sorry you are going through this. It’s terrifying seeing any blood during pregnancy.
I had lots of spotting between 6-14 weeks, mostly brown but I had fresh blood with small clots at 10 weeks & baby is fine.
Cervix being shut is a very good sign 👍
My midwife said unless you are doubled over with abdominal cramps & gushing heavy bleeding not to worry & lots of women will spot during pregnancy & babies are fine. It’s so common I literally don’t know any friend or family member who hasn’t spotted during pregnancy.
Good luck with your scan hope it puts your mind at ease. And rest up is what the dr advised me to do xoxo
Ok so been for the scan and i actually cant believe it feeling so blessed. there is a healthy little bean there with a good strong fast heartbeat. They think maybe it could have been the embryo that didn't take coming out. Let's just hope this one stays put 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
