Best TTC supplements?

Hi guys

Just wondered if anyone could give me the best supplements they’ve used for TTC/PCOS!? I take my usual TTC vitamins with a mixture of things in it but wondered what else was out there?

Still no AF😩 and negative tests! 3rd lot of progesterone blood tests tomorrow then I’m ringing the clinic!

Myo inositol is advised for pcos. You can buy it as is or try something called inofolic which is myo inositol and folic acid xx

I dont know what kind of PCOS you have but there is a lot about diet that helps managing PCOS. A lot of women even could restore a regular cycle just by avoiding several foods and consuming others. You can just google it, if you want. more advice, just messge me.

Yes I’ve heard a lot about that too! I’ve ordered a few books from amazon on diets to try for PCOS! Thank you 😁xxx
