Best skincare when TTC

Hi all,

I'm at the start of my treatment journey and trying to make lifestyle changes to do everything possible to help my chances. I read It Starts With the Egg and know i can make some changes with my cosmetics. Can anyone recommend any skincare brands that are safe/ non-toxic when TTC?

I use caudalie and Neals Yard. I think anything that has mostly pure ingredients will be good.

I avoid anything anti aging - retinol ingredients. Essential oils.....try to just check individual labels for paraben free etc. I use a natural handmade soap for my body. No specific brand advice really. X

I’ve downloaded a free app called ThInk Dirty, where you can scan the barcode on products or search products and it tells you about the ingredients etc and scores out of 10 based on the number of bad ingredients like parabens/parfums. It’s defo worth a look as there are other products on there too which I would never have thought to buy. Hope this helps!
