Best conception supplement

Hi what conception supplements is everyone taking other than pregnacare? I am looking for a supplement that is a good alternative to Pregnacare

I’ve been taking Wild Nutrition fertility and also their Vitamin D and Omega3. They are so good. V expensive but I think worth it for this precious journey. Good luck! X x x

Yes I take solgar CoQ10 (I get the ubiquinol one) from Amazon.

I took ziti west omega 3 and conception ones, vitamin d spray and floradix floravital liquid iron. X

I’m now just on normal pregnacare pregnancy vitamins once I’d finished the ziti westOnes

I take nutri advanced pregnancy multi essentials. They were recommended by my fertility nutritionist.

Thank you! I'll have a look at them. Ideally I'm looking for one with folate and coq10 in it but its such a minefield out there

These contain folate but not coq 10 which I take separately. I am taking pure clinica's high absorption coq 10.

I found a really good one called bud fertilty. All natural ingredients and have methalfolate which is the recommended version of folate in 'its starts with the egg'. Really lovley company and they dont overdo it with hundreds of vitamins just some really key ones in the right doses.

I also use ubiquinol q10 which I get from iherb.
