Im hoping to do another ivf cycle in May and i want to give us the best chance after failed cycles and mc’s. Can you pls suggest male fertility supplements which can help with sperm dna, increase count, etc. I did read something about impryl but had not heard of it before. Would be helpful to know if its mainstream or any doctors have suggested it.
Many thanks xx

My husband used impryl - his count was good but he had poor morphology. After taking impryl for 6 months and a drastic change of lifestyle / diet his sperm is now within the normal parameters xx
My husband is taking Impryl. He was verging on azoospermia and we were told he might need surgical sperm retrieval but it's had enough of an effect that he can do the sample himself so it's definitely done something. I just ordered some from Fertility Family, and used discount code SHCC63 which I think was 5% off. Xx
We tried lots of things over the years and found the only two that made a difference were Impryl or Proxeed. Both resulted in similar improvements, Impryl is much easier as just a daily tablet. My hubby said Proxeed tastes like warm piss 🥴😂 x
🤮 Goodness, hubby cant even handle proceive sachets (i had to get him the less effective proceive capsules instead), so he definitely wont be taking anything like proxeed lol. Did you give him impryl plus a generic conception supplement or impryl alone? Thank you x
If your struggle is DNA fragmentation CoCQ is a good option with supplements Vitamin C, D, E and Zinc. However, it will be very difficult if either Drinking or Smoking is a habit. These must be discontinued for success. In addition, be it known that sperm improvements take approximately 2-3 months.
Should I take Impryl with other nutritional supplements?
Impryl enables your body to provide all the natural antioxidant support you need.
We strongly discourage taking Impryl alongside strong direct antioxidants such as vitamin C, CoQ10, selenium and so on. These substances may induce ‘reductive stress’ that may negate the benefit of Impryl. Strong antioxidants have been shown to cause an increase of the sperm decondensation index (SDI), which is very bad for male fertility
Don’t be confused, they are advertising their product with claim that adding anything else can over supplement the body (which is hard to do). Impryl has loads of B vitamins and Zinc including Folic acid. It’s expensive, but I’m thinking beneficial. Nevertheless, exercise, lifestyle changes and necessary supplements I.e. Zinc, Vitamin C and CoCQ or just a combination within Impryl or Proxeed etc. should do the trick over time.
Our consultant at Oxford Fertility recommended Impryl (only) for my husband’s high DNA fragmentation. It’s great to include high antioxidant foods in his diet (blueberries, blackcurrants, red peppers, etc) since foods don’t contain unnaturally high doses of antioxidants, but you shouldn’t combine Impryl with supplements that contain unnaturally high doses of antioxidants because it throws off the balance in the body that Impryl is trying to achieve. I’ve found the Fertility Family customer service super helpful when I emailed asking what supplements it was okay/not okay for my husband to continue taking while on Impryl.
