Hi all, I was just wondering on what anyone had used to get the best results in improving sperm quality?
I know morphology was low and a low ish count too. We had the oxidative stress done on my partner which was ever so slightly raised so they suggested he take proxeed plus for 3 months and when retested it had gone so low it wasn’t able to be read. So I’m not really wanting to try proxeed again as it actually made it worse 🤷♀️.
Thanks in advance for any advice ☺️

hiya! We got told to use Impryl we both used it as its for men and women and the sperm quality/quantity went up loads! And we got 3 top quality blasts 👍🏻
Also make sure OH has a healthy diet - should include plenty of fruit and veg that are rich in antioxidants ie broccoli ,spinach ,carrots raspberries , blueberries , strawberries and dark chocolate Almonds and walnuts [ small handful as are high in calories] are good for nuts !
My fertility nutritionist recommended Fertility Men 90's by G&G Vitamins. We've just added lycopene to his supplement regimen because of low morphology (0.5%) based on clinical trial papers.
Astaxanthin is also said to be beneficial for sperm health.
In addition we are going to avoid heat in the scrotum so no sauna or hot bath for him, and if he cycles, swap the saddle for a noseless one.
my husband tried orthomol fertil plus and 2 gram per day Vitamin C, but checked for sperm DNA fragmentation. He had 14% which was very good and added zinc 75mg for better motility. I wish you all the best!!!
