Hi everyone

Silly question but does anyone else have to take vaginal pogesterone every evening? When you do u go for a 20 min walk after? I was told I’m meant to so I have been for the last 2 weeks, was wondering if I didn’t tonight as not feeling great and I just walked up and down the stairs that would be ok?

I was told to lie down for 20 minutes after.... not go for a walk. X

I try and do nothing for 30 mins after to let it all work. Not sure about walking xx

Never been told to go for a walk afterwards. Always told to lie down while inserting and to stay in that position for 15/20 minutes. Although walking in general will be good for your blood flow xx

I take this twice daily and was given no advice re lying down or walking about afterwards. Xx

Hi I was advised to get myself mobile after taking. I sometimes go for a walk or even up on my feet for half an hour x

No advice but the other day when i went for a long walk straight after a lot of it came back out! So now i rest up for 15 to 20 mins after X

When I took crinone gel I was told to walk after for 20 mins and advised to do a ‘proper’ walk to ensure the gel didn’t clump together x
