Progesterone worry

I’m totally freaked as got my progesterone result this morning and it was only 46 (natural FET). My GP did it so not my clinic. When the bloods were done I was 7dpo and 2 days after 5DT. Is this too low?? Considering I’m on utrogestran 3x per day I feel like it should be much higher than my Normal months! Have messaged my consultant now in a panic and waiting to hear.

Ps - extra worried now as I tested yesterday and today, yesterday’s was negative but today I have a faint line 🙈 need to keep it!!! No excitement from me at the moment as worried it will go away.

I have no idea about progesterone levels and what they should be but great news on your line! Hopefully it keeps getting darker. Are you going to test every day going forward?

Hahaha! I had a look at my chart today and for 4dp3dt the blastocyst would only be hatching and attaching to the uterus, that is if it didn’t arrest first like the others 🤦‍♀️ so way too early for me to even think about it. I think I already know the result though x

Yes I think minimum another 2-3 days yet even for an early tester! You just don’t know what has happened, there is no reason why it will have arrested just because others did. In these 3 cycles from my 12 eggs total almost half made it to blast which means half arrested. Hopefully the ones inside you are good ones 😊😊😊🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Hopefully you'll hear back from the clinic as I've no idea what your levels should be. Would be interested How you get on! How much utrogestan are you having? Oh and fingers crossed for that line to keep getting stronger.🤞xx

I’ve just left a message for consultant to ring me, I’m extra worried about progesterone as I’m now at 9dpo and sometimes I spot from 10dpo. Loads of cramping and weird feelings going on inside my uterus at the moment, hopefully it’s just implantation but going to beg him to increase my meds and maybe go for repeat bloods in the morning. Really want this to be it after 5 rounds, but I’m well aware that even if it implants it might not pull through xx

Damn so you're still waiting!😣 Hope you hear soon. I'm taking 2x400mg per day so 800mg in total. Hopefully as you said just implantation!!🤞🙏xx

I think mine is 3 x 200 utrogestran. My last fresh transfer I bled 4 days early even on 3 x 400 cyclogest but that was after stims which is different altogether I guess.

I've always bled early on lower doses but they were fresh too but haven't on a higher dose for FET. Totally get why you're worried though, I was freaking out after bleeding early on my two fresh cycles!xx

He’s said to do one cyclogest per day on top of the utrogestan. I think it was only to shut me up, as he said 46 is fine. But when I said I’m worrying because I sometimes spot at 10dpo he said to add one cyclogest per day. I obviously think I know best 😂 (worst kind of patient!)
