Don’t want to get my hopes up 😬

Today I went for my 3rd scan to see whether I ovulate naturally which has been a massive turn around. There’s a very ‘juicy’ follicle on my left side which looks ready to burst instead of just a day 21 progesterone test we decided it was to good an opportunity to miss 🙈 so I’ve had a trigger injection this morning, been told to try lots and start crinone gel in 48 hrs.

My IVF nurse and consultant are so excited and so was I in the moment just don’t want to set myself up to high for another massive fail.

However I know I’ve still got a few months till my planned FET and I’d only of regretted not giving this go, how amazing would it be to happen naturally. Surprisingly knowing I’m doing something to try has actually lifted my mood to.

Looks like my planned boozy Christmas will now be one hoping for a little Christmas miracle 🤞🎅🏻
