I had icsi in April and am now 17weeks pregnant so there is hope. Keep calm and relaxed and do everything they tell you including the resting. Good luck and I'll sprinkle baby dust over you xxx
HI my story is slightly similar to you - except my AMH is lower and my partner had a zero sperm count. he had a SSR in july, we now have sperm. I start on the 450 menopur on sat night too - go tomorrow for the first monitoring scan to see if I have responded. didn't do the down reg bit though, just started straight with the menopur
The dr had frozen sperms samples of my husband, but we were told that they didnt survive the thawing process, so he will give fresh sample on the day. They also suggested ssr for my hubby, we kind rejected that idea as the sperm didnt survive the thawing process.
