Hello, I am now 2 weeks into my first month following a failed IVF cycle. I feel awful - headaches, moody, and extremely painful ovaries. As I had OHS during my IVF, I am wondering if my ovaries might still be overdoing it.
Does anyone have any experience of this?
Hi maccerpops. Unfortunately, if you hyper stimulate during treatment, your ovaries can sometimes take a while to settle down again. All you can do is to make sure you keep drinking plenty of water, take paracetamol for any pain and rest when you can. They will settle down, but can sometimes take up to a month to do so. Diane
