hey everyone, I am 5 week pregnant after an IVF FET.
this afternoon I was driving my little boy and he was screaming because he’d dropped his book - without thinking I stopped and reached round to grab it and give it back to him. Then I realised I probably shouldn’t be twisting around. I’m totally worried I’ve done something awful now 😥
I’ve been googling like crazy and I think it would have been an ‘open’ twist but still really worried.
Any support appreciated 🙏🏻
thank you xxx

congratulations on your pregnancy lovely. I can’t imagine you’ve done any harm. The baby is still so small and lots of women would still be exercising, cleaning, picking children up without realising at this stage.
Try not to worry. It does get easier once the scans start xx
Thanks so much for replying. Your message has really helped me. It’s so difficult at this early stage, I’ve not been able to take it easy at all because of my toddler so it’s stressed me out a bit. Just hoping to get to scan and see a healthy heartbeat 🤞🏻💕 x
Being physical is ok! Have been walking loads and walking my dog and she is always yanking on the lead. 29 weeks and everything is ok. Also doing pregnancy yoga which involves twisting. I would try not to worry too much as your embryo is nice and snug inside you. Sometimes if you have very early scans you may have to go back. My 1st one was at 8 weeks. I know you can have earlier it is just they may have to wait for the foetus to develop a bit more. 💜
Thanks so much for the reply. Congratulations on your pregnancy 💕It’s starting to put my mind at rest. It’s just so difficult this early stage. I have a scan in two weeks, it just feels like a lifetime away. Keeping everything crossed 🤞🏻💕 x
