we have only just found out our recent transfer has been successful. Still not letting myself get too carried away as both last transfers were early miscarriages so got awhile to go yet. Currently would only be 4+3 wks 😳
during 2ww told not to exercise but wondering if it would be okay to start exercising again? I’ve got an appointment to collect medication on Wednesday so will ask nurses then.
I usually like running and dancing and do this around 3/4 times a week. Obviously don’t want to do anything that would increase risk of miscarriage but I do find it helps me cope if I exercise regularly!
Any opinions gratefully received on how others approached exercise in early pregnancy …

Exercise is encouraged, especially if your body is used to it, which i am assuming it is . I exercised dirong my pregnancy and ig really helped kee3o me sain ( pregnant durong lock down) Best of luck. X
I was still spinning until 10w and slow running until 14w (until round ligament pain got in the way!).
Like you say check with the nurses, but I think getting the blood pumping round your body - as long as you are not over doing it and becoming out of breath - can only be good for you both
