bleeding doesn’t stop

hi all, I’ve been dx with endo years ago and had it confirmed (and also some tissue removed) during my c-section. I’m now on my first period since giving birth and know they can be heavier. But it’s been 23 days now despite also inserting the nuvaring on day 1. Heavy flow, losing between 45-60ml of blood a day. And very painful. GP only prescribed co-codamol for pain, nothing else. Has anyone got experience and can advise how to stop the bleeding? And any tips on pain management when you can’t take ibuprofen? TIA

Get some tranexamic acid. You will become anaemic very quickly and it takes forever to build up your ferritin once it's been depleted. Ring your doctors and ask for this x
