I wonder if anyone has had a similar experience/ can advise me at all. I had my mirena coil removed on the 26th January (wasn't sitting right with me, I had it in for almost 4 months) and since I seem to be non stop bleeding, I then seem to completely stop for a day and then it starts over again really heavy and clots etc. I'm not sure how long to expect this to go on for, I'm typically quite anaemic and it's making me feel rough.
I've also had a persistent headache that doesn't seem to leave. I suffer with migraines but this feels quite different.
Any advice is welcomed! I don't expect my body to be completely back to normal due to it altering my hormones and what not but how long is "normal" for it to be like this?
Thanks ☺️

Thanks! I'll keep an eye. It's been almost 2 weeks for me but the weird cycle has been very odd. Just hoping it stops soon and I can move on and face the next hurdle!
Hiya - all bodies are different and I know this is very worrying for you. It should calm down and give the GP a ring if you’re feeling horrid for any longer. At least they can pull bloods to check iron levels and treat you. There may be some other advice, but don’t hesitate to ring them up.
I often call at 11am and there’s a duty Dr on at my surgery and so if I get past the receptionist I can get seen the same day ☺️
Indeed! I feel like if it gets to a month of bleeding I'll be like what's happening 🙃. My doctors have been utterly useless for me. I have a face to face appointment on the 23rd but hoping it will have resolved itself by then! 💜
