Mirena coil cramps after exercise

I had the mirena coil fitted about 8 weeks ago during a lap to remove endo but I've noticed any time I exercise, such as a light jog or just walking, I get a lot of cramps as soon as I stop. They are quite intense and radiate from my pelvis to back I was wondering if anyone knows why this could be?

That sounds really unpleasant. it would be worth having a coil check and for your GP to request an ultrasound to ensure the Mirena is sitting where it should be.

i'm sorry this is happening, it's so frustrating when you start to feel a bit better then another thing hits.

My coil slipped down, it sounds a lot like that - no one would help me because they blamed all the usual endo/ado things causing the pain for months until i managed to get a scan when i started bleeding constantly (was lucky not to get pregnant) about 4 months later my gp agreed to get me checked for ovarian cancer due to bloating/bleeding/pain absolutely mad the whole thing, even though that was clearly the endo 🤷‍♀️

Sorry to hear your experience, I have a scan next week so hopefully that'll give me an answer.
