Removing Mirena coil to try to get pregnant

Hi Everyone,I'm 33 years old and I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2015. I had a chocolate cyst in one of my ovaries and that's how I was able to start with the process of getting my diagnosis. On 2016 they I had a laparoscopy and after 6 months I started to have the symptoms back, so in 2017 I had a second laparoscopy (they found endometriosis on my pelvic area, colon and ovaries). After changing a couple of times contraceptives, in 2021 I got the Mirena coil, and it hasn't been that bad, it has stopped my excessive bleeding and helped me to control the pain.

Now, I would like to remove the Mirena to start trying to get pregnant and I would like to ask for your advise... Is there anything you think I need to do before removing the Mirena, to make the process easier?

I also got hypothyroidism and 2 years ago when I had an appendectomy the surgeon mentioned that he found some tiny signs of my endometriosis in the pelvic area.

Thank you very much in advance for your support!
