Feeling movement in the same spot of lower abdomen, it feels like a baby moving but I'm definitely not pregnant

As the title says I have been feeling movement in my lower abdomen for the past week, in the same spot and quite often everyday. I don't know if this has anything to do with endo but it is happening during my time of the month. Has anyone else experienced this? It feels just like when I was pregnant and I felt the baby moving, so much so I thought I may be pregnant (despite regular periods and having my tubes tied 🙃)If anyone has any idea what this could be or any advice I would really appreciate it!
