ovarian cysts

hi all,

I think the reason for me being in agony pretty much every day is I think I keep having ovarian cysts every month even thought I’m on the pill and the coil … I know most people have no symptoms from this but I’m always in so much pain. Is anyone else dealing with this? If so what is the plan for you to manage this? Are you having regular scans to keep an eye on it? & what’s the reason for experiencing pain with them all the time. Hope some of you can help

Hello, so sorry you’re having such terrible pain continuously. It’s relentless isn’t it, and really debilitating and depressing. I found trying different pain relief medications through my GP has helped, along with avoiding inflammatory foods like gluten, dairy, sugar… and taking probiotics and vitamins. That, along with balancing my schedule and allowing regular time for rest, is the only thing that has helped me. Praying for you xx
