Endometrioma pain, when to see a doctor

I have a small endometrioma. It gets irritated when I do a bit too much. I've had to stop going to the gym and driving long distances.

I over did it a few months ago at work and started feeling bad pain and sick and shaky. I shrugged it off and it went away after a few days. I've since been told by my GP to go to A&E if I feel like that again.

Anyway, I've over done it again at work and I would say it was more discomfort than pain. It's uncomfortable and feels swollen and I can feel it twinging every now and then. Should I be alarmed and see a doctor? I'm not sure what's normal and what's not. I've been in chronic pain for 15 years so I have no concept of normal.

I'm on the wait list for a lap.

Sorry you’re going through this on top of usual chronic pain.

Not sure what you’re on, but going to A&E might help if you need stronger pain meds. GP’s hate initiating those.

Any idea when lap is?
