Left sided pain

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone had similar symptoms.

I have this left sided pain. It sort of feels sometimes like a lump is there which my muscles pull around, sometimes if feels like a burning sensation that goes down into my groin. I've had trans ultrasounds, CT and colonoscopy all negative. I've been to see a private endo consultant who says I should behave a laproscopy but I don't want to pay unless it really makes sense. I'm so tired of my pain which is always there.
