I’m awaiting my lap to diagnose but the last two months I have been really struggling with my tummy bloats and bowels. I’ve had blood for 2 weeks after ovulating from the rear and my tummy does not stop bubbling! I don’t know if it’s because my bowels have been worse lately or what. But has anyone else had this? I’m also really gassy😂

I am sorry to read about your struggle. You are not alone. I have had the same problem as you. I have not been diagnosed with endo as apparently it is an extremely arduous mission. I have recently discovered blood in my stool due struggling in defecating. It’s either one extreme or the other. And gas…. Don’t get me started 😩. I know my reply isn’t very helpful but I hope it does a tiny bit as you are not the only one.
Sometimes it’s “nice” to know I’m not alone. It’s horrible knowing others are struggling too though😣What I find frustrating is that I don’t struggle, I never need to strain but yet I have blood. My GP thinks I’ve definitely got endo in my bowels which honestly stresses me because I worry about the damage it’s doing especially as the bleeding has gone from a couple of days a month to 2 weeks a month😣
I hope that you get your diagnosis soon! Have you been referred? It’s so difficult but you’ve really got to push them. I even expressed that I was concerned it was the big C because of the pain and blood symptoms I experience but have been reassured as my blood tests and stool sample were clear. It’s just a lot to cope with!
I understand your frustration. Well I haven’t managed yet. I am abroad at the moment (Hong Kong) for a project but thanks for tip. I will definitely push as much as I can and will drop the C bomb if I have to. Although once I am back I will actually be able to afford to go to a private clinic. Maybe that way I can actually get help. I have been trying to get an appointment with my GP for a year now but with COVID it’s impossible as I wasn’t even allowed to walk in and book (at least until 3 months ago) and the online appointment service was just all over the place.
And yes it definitely helps an I fire load to know we are not alone.
My private gynae works for the NHS too. The benefit is the length of time I’ve had to wait. guesstimate 3 years on nhs from discovery of large ovarian cyst and 3 months start to surgery privately. Would’ve been quicker but consultant was on holiday lol x
Aw sorry to hear that. I haven’t looked into it yet but I am also getting the feeling that the area I live in is very much the same as Vps1980 said in her reply. We just have to keep pushing.
