Hi all,

Hi

I have an enlarged fibroid uterus and also bleed when I heavy lift or work out. I also bleed when in stressful/anxious situatuons even if I don't realise it at the time. For example experiencing a shoplifer at work will cause me to bleed. It's being agreed that I'm now having a hysterectomy. Hope you find a solution to your bleeding soon.

I have the same experience I have adenomyosis and work in dance professionaly for several years. Now taking the POP pill and when I work out I bleeda. Today I asked the doctor if I could do exsercise and he just said yes i can do everything so am a bit confused to why this happens. Have any of you asked your doctor about this?

After suffering for many years with severe endometriosis having my hysterectomy was the best thing I ever did. I hope yours gives you as much relief as mine did. :) Good Luck!!

Some people with endometriosis do experience bleeding when lifting heavy objects, or putting their body in a stressful situation, but your exact cause will have to be determine by your gyn. There are many different things associated with, and indirectly related to endometriosis that can cause this, so you need to be checked out so your doctor can determine what exactly is causing yours. I use to wear panty liners, merely as a precaution, so as to not end up with unrealized spots on my clothing. I hope this helps. Have A nice day!!
