Zoladex and mirena removal - blood loss?

I wonder if anyone has any experience of this.

I had two three month courses of zoladex two years ago with mirena in situ and didn't have any bleeds. My mirena at the time stopped my periods completely.

They changed my mirena Feb 2020 during my most recent lap and I have had 2+ week bleeding every month and lots of associated symptoms. Due to this, my gynae and I are considering total hysterectomy. As I am young, he has put me on zoladex with tibalone to see how my body copes with the HRT as I will need to take this for a prolonged period of time.

I had a one month zoladex injection and forwards the end of this month, started bleeding. I then had my mirena out, as scheduled, and had a 10.8mg zoladex injection. Since then, for the last 4 days, I have lost more blood than I can ever recall losing and am very weak. Is this normal after mirena removal and has anyone got any experience of mirena removal whilst on zoladex?
