Missed 3rd period after laparoscopy

Basically i had endometriosis removed in december and i had a period in January, then on time one in February. However I have had no period for March or so far in April and ive never missed a period before my surgery. Im scared im going into early menopause or something and due where i live i have had no follow up appointments with a gynae amd i womt be able to (despite the manypost surgery complications ive had). Im also unable to see a regular doctor because of the pandemic so ive just been trying to figure this out on my own and im really scared. If anyone can help me please do.

Heya, I’ve just been through a similar thing to you. I had 3 periods lost laparoscopy and then didn’t have one for two months (having had them very regularly). It has now only just returned. It was very stressful and I am unsure what caused it. It could have been anything from stress, hormone imbalance to not ovulating. I had a blood test on weds but thankfully it has now returned anyway. I am trying to conceive with my second and was extremely worried and frustrated about what was going on. Someone on here recommended a book - ‘The Period Repair Manual’ which I found really useful. I also had started taking pregnacare conception tablets which I later found out can cause a delay too. So I swapped them out for a more natural tablet which contains supplements that were mentioned in the book. I’m not sure if it was a coincidence or not. Anyway, I would recommend trying to get a blood test with your GP if you can? Sorry you are going through it, it’s very stressful. I think if your period was regular before then I’m sure it will return. Wishing you all the best x

Thank you so much I really appreciate the advice amd knowing im not the only person to go through this
