Coming off depo awaiting second lap, TTC.

Hello fello endo people!

I am awaiting a second lap, due to covid it won't be for another 4-5 months, and even that is optimistic. I was on the depo injection, which was due around 10th Jan and I didn't have the injection. So I have no contraception at the moment, my consultant said to try to get pregnant on the run up to surgery and if I'm not pregnant to have the op then try afterwards. I have so many symptoms of my period about to arrive but nothing yet. I know it can take up to a year for them to return, last time I came off the injection they came back straight away. Has anyone had any luck conceiving after coming off depo? I'm really hoping to get pregnant again but endo scares me. Has anyone had any luck conceiving coming off depo? Feel a bit rushed as we only have a few months. But last time my periods were back within three weeks.
