I started provera tablets a couple weeks ago, hot sweats and some other side effects seem to have settled last two days but mood is dipping. Pain hasn’t changed. I wonder how long it took for others to have any impact?
Considering private laparoscopic surgery as on NHS waiting list but it’s understandably delayed by covid and indefinitely. Just getting worse every month and can’t take it much longer.
I have a cyst and it’ll be a cystectomy and laparoscopy I need and more and more nervous mum won’t be able to help me on recovery and come down.
Ugh it sucks!

I was on Provera for over 3 weeks but my mood dipped quiet low and was taken off them by my GP. For me though by the start of the second week my pain had already settled down a lot compared to how I was without them. I hope it works for you before your surgery X
Hey! No experience of provera, but just to say I’m waiting for a lap too and each month is breaking me more and more! I’ve been told the list is at least 6 months and surgeries are halted atm so I have no idea how long I’ll be waiting. We’re trying for a baby so I can’t consider long term med options. Keeping my fingers crossed you start to feel better soon. Big love xx
