I am experiencing an endo flare and am trying to get pregnant. Having tracked my cycles more since wanting to have a baby I have discovered that I suffer from extreme ovulation pain. I wanted to know if anyone else suffers from this and was still able to get pregnant despite the pain? I have stopped my painkillers as didn’t want anything to hinder the process but it is just so painful and hard. Guess I need some advice and hope x

There is definitely hope, u must always hang on to it otherwise there’s nothing left.
I conceived naturally whilst having 2 large endometriomas on my ovaries and the pain was horrendous.
Like u, I cut down on painkillers And just had to deal with the pain as conceiving was what I was focusing on. It took me 2.5yrs to conceive so it can happen, it is hard to stay positive I understand that but please try!
Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. Currently sitting here on the couch with a hot water bottle. You have given me hope and determination to try and get through it without painkillers for the pain, thank you xxx
I need a bit of encouragement too! My ovulation pain is bad and I’ve been trying to get pregnant for nearly a year now with no success. I have stopped taking pain killers and I’m even a bit paranoid about using hot water bottles when they’re too hot now 😄
I am exactly the same! Wondering if I should use a hot water bottle or not abs could it affect things?! It is just horrible. Sending lots of hugs and baby dust to you xxx
Yes I read that for pregnant women the midwives advise you can use a hot water bottle just not too hot...so I do that now 😄 loads of women with endo get pregnant so we have to have faith 😍 xxx
I suffer with the ovulation pain too! I've been trying for a year and a half. We conceived in April but it ended due to being ectopic. No luck since. Hope you get somewhere soon! X
