Sorry for tmi but I wondered if anyone else gets this or has heard of it, yesterday morning I had a poop, it quite often hurts in my belly afterwards, but yesterday it was like going to the loo caused sciatic pain on my right side 😒 never had this happen before, I am wondering if this could be an endo thing ?

Could be, have you had a diagnosis?
Yep had surgery in 2016 and a coil fitted but gyne advised they loose their effectiveness for endometriosis suppressing after 4 ish yrs and have slowly noted symptoms returning 😒
