Endometriosis,laparoscopic surgery

Had surgery for pregnancy that they thought was tubal at first. They never found the pregnancy ( a P.U.L.), believes I could of possibly miscarried the week before followed with a lot of bleeding!. I have severe stage 4 endometriosis, had 62 lesions removed, left tube was severely damaged so it was removed completely. Endometriosis is eating into my rectum at the size of a 15 mm nodule. I had laparoscopy and hysteroscopy done 3 weeks ago, 4 incisions made. They did not remove the nodule because that part of the procedure my dr. hasn't done very many removals within the rectum and could of possibly left me ending with a colostomy bag for 6 months. I go back in a year to get the nodule checked, if it grows then I will be going to another city 4 hours away to do that procedure. So 3 weeks after laparoscopic surgery and I'm still spotting, still sore from time to time and the bruising on my belly is finally gone. Last night was my first night having sex since the surgery and I would still reccomend waiting another week or so. Constant night sweats, hormones are way off. hoping to get back to normal soon.
