Hello, I am new to this forum and was hoping for some reassurance. I had an ectopic pregnancy in 2015 and had my Fallopian tube removed. In 2018 I got told I had endometriosis, June last year I had the procedure, which didn’t make any difference still in agony pretty much everyday especially around ovulation / period time. Tomorrow I am due to see a consultant again, potentially to have the procedure again. Is this normal or anyone else experienced this? Me and my partner have been trying to conceive since 2015 and feeling like it’s one thing after another and never going to happen
Thank you
Lauren

I had an ectopic 2 years ago also however because endo isn't cureable and is prone to coming back it all depends how much pain your Inna's to weather the surgeon will want to do another operation, I had one lap one year and another one a year after it is common but all does depend on each individual's circumstances, please do not give up hope I have a blocked tube and cannot conceive through that tube so I feel your pain. I had been trying for 10 years and I'm 30 n sort of accepted my fate but I have managed to conceive through some sort of miracle with the abundance of complications I have xx I hope this helps x
I’m so sorry to hear you have been through a rough time as well. I will see what the consultant says this afternoon and go from there.. I am glad you have managed to conceive and I wish you all the best hopefully my time will come. I am 25 so have got age on my side at the moment. I’m getting married in May so trying to focus on that and hoping that not thinking and stressing about it might make it happen. Thank you for your message, makes you feel so alone but I know I’m not the only one just feel unlucky.
Trust me you are not alone I felt like that as I was trying to find women with the exact same problems as me and there wasn't a one out there but perseverance and talking to people can help I'm here if u need to chat about anything Hun xx wish you all the best for your wedding xx
Seen consultant today - awaiting operation number 2, last time they burnt it away this time he’s going to cut it away so fingers cross I can be pain free for a while and hopefully conceive thank you for your kind messages xx
