Hi lovely ladies after years of endo I have finally paid to have a total hysterectomy as I couldn’t wait for the nhs. The surgeon put me on tibolone hrt but it didn’t work great so have now the menopause clinic has put me in oestrogen gel and progesterone tablets but I’m getting pelvic pain back. Do u think I should swap back to the tibolone as I don’t want the endo pain back. Any advise ladies that have been thought this ??

Hi - was the hysterectomy and BSO done because your uterus and ovaries were too diseased to save and was all endo excised at the same time as a hysterectomy is not a treatment for endo?

I had a hysterectomy at: 28 years old, but my surgeon left my ovaries due to my young age. However, I wish he had removed my ovaries as I get rectal bleeding, even after 40 years of having endo. A different Consultant said that they should have also removed my ovaries.
