Hi, I was told in October 2018 there was a year long wait for surgery but I kept going to the doctor and she hurried it through. I had surgery March 18 2019. Hope this helps x

I was referred in July and had my pre op on Tues! It’s a long road I am afraid. x

Hello

I was put on the 3 month urgent list which never happened, it didn’t happen 9 months later either. I went private. The waiting times are awful xx

It depends on the area really. I waited maybe 2 months (it was a cancellation) . And I only waited about the same for the initial appointment.

All depends on your area. I saw the consultant 13/12/19. Pre op 02/01/20 then surgery was 16/01/20 x

I was told at my gyno app in late november that there would be a minimum of a 9 month waiting list, the only time it would be sooner would be if there was a cancellation but i should expect minimum 9 months (north london)

My diagnostic lap was a couple of years ago now but I can’t believe the waiting times mentioned here 😔. Maybe things have changed now but from consultation to laporoscopy I waited around 8 weeks. I hope you get your appointment soon. X

I was told 6 months but it has taken 10. It’s such a long time to wait and have the uncertainty ☹️

All depends which hospital you’re at. I had to call PALS about mine and I got told the consultant wait was 39 weeks! Even though the consultant himself told me I would be in within a certain time frame/date. Hope you find out soon x
