Pain following operation - September

Good Evening,

I had a diagnostic laparoscopy in September where I was diagnosed with Endometriosis which has caused pockets on my peritoneum. I have recently started with pain which feels like bruising and pin prick type on where the wound was it is also very itchy. Is this normal?

I had itchy feeling post op as it can be the change in discharge or potentially thrush from being on antibiotics post op. Once I was off the antibiotics i cleared up. The pain i have had as well and its been getting better every day since so i think its just internal bruising that takes time to heal.
