6 months of Zoladex with 3 months of HRT premarin

Hi , I was diagnosed with Adynomyosis n Endometriosis with 6 cm right endometrial cyst after a laparotomy to remove a fibroid which was actually adynomyoma..So I was put on Lupride for 3 months along with Regestrone and after my periods returned,it was more painful n heavy n lasted for about 12 days due to which I got admitted also .So after USG,MRI n CT Scan they found I hv a right tubo ovarian mass or endometrioma of 6 cm .The doc put me on 3 months of Zoladex which caused a lot of side effects which I complained to doc who prescribed me to take Estrogen tab called Premarin for 3 months with Zoladex which eased most of the symptoms..I had my last / 6th Zoladex injection on 9 th Dec and my estrogen tab will be over today..So m very scared that the side effects will come back n also scared that the day will soon come when my periods be back ..I hv to go for review on 20 th Jan 2020..M really anxious n scared about this whole vicious circle of tests n surgeries..M sure the doc will advise me to take out the endometrial cyst which I dread..M getting married in Feb n want to conceive without surgery..Does anyone have a similar story..If I conceive by god's grace can I stay pregnant with the cyst ? Pls reply!!
